About me
I’m Sonia Reyatt, a body-based breathwork practitioner with a background in Sociology, Psychology, and over 15 years in frontline charity work.

After experiencing burnout, chronic stress and disconnection, I turned to breathwork as a way to heal. It helped me release long-held patterns, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with myself.
​
Following three years of intensive training and a year of workshop leadership development, I now support others, through private sessions, workshops and circles, to breathe, feel, and live with greater freedom and purpose.

Mission
At In Exhale Breathwork, my mission is to support individuals and organisations to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves through the power of the breath.
Vision
The vision for In Exhale Breathwork is to offer a safe, inclusive space where healing, transformation and self-awareness can unfold.

Through a blend of breathwork, embodiment, somatic practices, and creative therapeutic tools, I support individuals to explore unconscious patterns, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Whether through one-to-one sessions, group workshops or Breathing Circles, my intention is to help people move forward with clarity, strength and self-love.
