What to Expect
Each breathwork session is a 3-part experience:

Getting the Lay of the Land: We’ll start with 40 minutes to 1 hour to discuss where you are right now and set intentions for the session.

Breathe: You’ll lie down comfortably on a mattress as we guide you through an hour of conscious connected breathing, allowing you to explore and release deep-held emotions.

Integration: After the breathwork, we’ll take time to reflect, share feedback, and enjoy a cup of tea, helping you ground and integrate the experience.
